Now I have scrolled up and down in your blog, and cant find any ugly socks.

I really did like those socks. They looks the way my grandmother did make them when she was able to knit.

Those aren't ugly. I'll bet they've become her favorite footwear. You'd better get started on another pair, because she'll wear these out wearing them so much, I bet! One of these days, I'll learn to knit just so I can make socks too.
